Order Info

How can I return or exchange an item?
If you would like to make a return or exchange and your item is in new condition with the original packaging in tact, please contact info@moxom.co

If you would like to return an item that you suspect is defective, please contact info@moxom.co. We will issue a replacement for approved warranty requests. The defective item may need to be returned to us in some cases.

All discounted items or items found in the Outlet Sale are final sale and are not valid for returns. Used items or items without original packaging in tact will not be accepted for returns since they cannot be restocked at our wareroom. Any items in this condition that are sent to our returns address will be shipped back to you.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders can take between 1 and 6 weeks for delivery. Note, there is no tracking movement after the order leaves the CHN. International shipping normally takes 7-21 working days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks. Please note that battery products usually take much longer to make it through customs and can often times take the full 6 weeks to be delivered.

Items are also subject to customs clearance and may be held until duties and taxes are paid. As the importer/consignee, it is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes. We are not able to refund customs fees or additional charges that must be paid to get your package delivered. If your order is returned to the CHN, please contact info@moxom.co.



Refund and Return Policy

If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for free within 30 days for a full refund (not including the original shipping fee) as long as the item is in new, unused condition and the original packaging is intact. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.

Items found in the MOXOM Outlet (already discounted items) are final sale and will not be considered for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you have an Outlet item that is defective, please review our warranty policy.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. All VAT/Import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 2 year limited warranty for all MOXOM products with the exception of our cables, for which we offer a 5 year warranty. Both warranties cover any manufacturing or workmanship defects but do not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse or modification of the product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed. But we wouldn't want you to be left empty handed!

All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.MOXOM.co must include a proof of purchase from an authorized reseller on our Where We're Sold page. Any item purchased from an un-authorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.

MOXOM will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any MOXOM product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property. 

MOXOM allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within our 2 year warranty (5 year warranty for cables).
